The Planning Team and its committees are hard at work preparing the JTO Connect event scheduled to occur July 29th through July 31st at Bergamo Retreat Center in Dayton, OH. Our goal is to have a skeletal outline of the event and registration materials ready for distribution by February 15th. We will distribute the materials via email, snail mail, our webpage (jtoconnect.org), and the Facebook Group (JTO Reunion).
Our goal is to distribute the materials to as many as possible via email and/or snail mail. Compared to the many hundreds of JTOers who were so positively transformed by Convention or their participation in JTO Fraternities, Parish Youth Groups or High School Groups, our database is small in number.
WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!!!
Attached is a listing of the names that currently appear in our database. We want the distribution of materials on February 15th to go out to as many as possible. Please review the names on the list. I have included whether we or not we have contact information. View database here
Though we have collected contact info (email and/or snail mail addresses) you will note that for some all we have added to the database is their name. We are desperately searching for their contact information.
Can you help us fill in the blanks? Can you supply us with the missing information or add names and contact information to the database? Who do you know that may have kept in contact with someone who needs to be on the list? Our thought is the more the merrier.
For inspiration, I encourage you to visit the website – jtoconnect.org. We have collected rosters from a number of the Conventions that occurred from the 1960’s into the 1970’s. You will also find pictures of some of those Conventions and other JTO activities. If you can help, please contact me or any member of the Planning Team. You can also use the website to provide contact information.
